Why We Built This Site
Public access in Georgia depends first on finding the court that created the record. The Appling County Clerk of Courts keeps Superior, State, and Juvenile files, while Magistrate Court, Probate Court, and each city court maintain separate records. Georgia Courts E-Access sends Superior and State users to PeachCourt. Other case types begin with their responsible clerk. The site explains those boundaries and the practical routes for searches and requests.
What You Will Find Here

- Court dates and settings: how to read court dates and confirm a hearing setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case lookup by party name or case number through the proper channel
- Record requests: how a court record search leads to plain or certified copies from the custodian
What We Cannot Do
This privately run reference site has no connection with a Georgia court, clerk, or government agency. Its limits include the following:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
An official or certified docket or court document must come from the clerk or the court holding the original file. This resource can identify that office but cannot issue the record.
Search Partners
Outside providers operate search boxes that appear on some pages. Each provider controls its service, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports site operations. We do not set the provider's charges or decide which records it returns.
